Job Description:
Introduction to the JobASML US brings together the most creative
minds in science and technology to develop lithography machines
that are key to producing faster, cheaper, more energy-efficient

ecosystem. In the coming years we expect further growth that will
require a transformation of large parts of our Supply Chain. In
order to tackle this strategic challenge and help Shape & Drive the
transformation in our supply chain we created the 'Supply Chain
Transformation' department within Strategic Sourcing & Procurement.
this team of professionals in Supply Chain management disciplines
will drive engagements / change programs in our supply chain and is
supported with specific competencies from across ASML.Our
headquarters are in Veldhoven, the Netherlands, and we have 18
office locations around the United States including main offices in
Chandler Arizona, San Jose and San Diego California, Wilton
Connecticut, and Hillsboro Oregon.Roles and ResponsibilitiesThe
Supply Transfer Manager leads x-functional teams responsible for a
number of supply chain transfers within ASMLs supply chain. Focus
is to secure ASMLs material needs. Activities of the team include
risk assessment, re-design of modules, release at new suppliers and
phase in/phase out planning.The Supply Transfer Manger is
responsible for:Manage and lead multidisciplinary technical
orientated x-sector transfer teamPlan, orchestrate and secure
execution of transfer project by driving timing and content of
multidisciplinary x-sector team.Set-up project governance structure
and align with internal and external stakeholders.Drive handshake
on the transfer portfolio and initial project planSupport resource
setup for transfer executionSet up a full phasing out/transfer
product overview including (non) transfer, includingCapacity
alignment across n-tier supply chainLogistic risk mitigation such
as buffer strategy and last buy decisionsDefinition of technical
release procedure per product category with transfer team and
execute theseSolid input on phasing out negotiations to the
Sourcing teamProactively execute supply chain risk analysis and
execute action plans to mitigate risk; ensuring Material
availability at all phases of the program and right quality before
and after shipment / ensuring on time delivery during the
projectManage escalations within transfers to solve bottlenecks in
supply chain and avoid re-occurrenceEducation and
ExperienceBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial
Engineering or Business Administration.Master's degree a
plusMinimum of 5-10 years of relevant work experience.Experience in
high tech, low volume industryExperience in re-allocating
productsExperience with supply chain processes in production
environment (e.g. supply chain improvements, supplier management,
customer service, planning)Experience in project management in a
high tech environmentSkillsCan observe and respond to people and
situations and interact with others encountered in the course of
work.Can learn and apply new information or skills.Must be able to
read and interpret data, information, and documents.Strong customer
focus and commitment to customer satisfaction through
prioritization, quality, efficiency and professionalism.Ability to

current base annual salary range for this role is
currently:$147,375-245,625Pay scales are determined by role, level,
location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is
determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors
that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited
to job-related skills, relevant education and experience,
certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to
other team members.The Company offers employees and their families,
medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are
able to participate in the Company's 401k plan. Employees will also
receive eight (8) hours of vacation leave every month and (13) paid
