You are responsible for ensuring that our people, our platforms, and our processes are positioned to maximize technology sales opportunities by providing exceptional sales support to our advisor community, our franchisees, and importantly, our end-user customers.You will be responsible for the following functional areas:

• Technology Sales - Responsible for new technology sales, conducting needs assessments, and driving strategic engagements with customers.
• Account Management - Responsible for upselling, cross-selling, and managing reterms with existing and future customers/franchisees/advisors.
• Pricing Team - Works with Technology Sales and Account Management to prepare audits and benchmarks, and support overall sales activities.
• Sales Engineering - Engages with customers/advisors/franchisees and providers on complex technology solutions.
• Vendor Management - Manages service provider relationships and engagements, including deal management and vendor onboarding.What you will bring:
  • 7-10 years of demonstrated success in RevGen leadership positions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
