power healthcare!About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and
technically adept Product Manager to lead our Sales Enablement
efforts. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between our
product development and sales teams, ensuring our sales force is
equipped with the knowledge, tools, and resources needed to drive
revenue growth. You will be the go-to expert on our product suite,
translating complex technical features into compelling sales
narratives and leverage AI with other rapid development tools to
create innovative solutions that empower our sales team to
excel.Responsibilities:
- Product Expertise & Knowledge Transfer:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our entire product
portfolio, including technical specifications, features, and
benefits.
- Create and deliver comprehensive product training materials,
including presentations, demos, and documentation, tailored for
sales audiences.
- Lead regular sales enablement calls and workshops to educate
the sales team on product updates, competitive positioning, and
best practices.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for sales inquiries
regarding product functionality and technical details.
- Sales Tooling & Innovation:
- Identify and address sales team challenges by developing and
implementing effective sales enablement tools and resources.
- Utilize rapid development platforms like Retool or similar
tools to quickly build internal sales tools, dashboards, and
resources.
- Explore and integrate off-the-shelf AI tools to enhance sales
productivity, such as demo automation, content generation, and
customer insights.
- Develop and maintain a repository of sales scripts, demo
scripts, and competitive battlecards.
- Sales Support & Collaboration:
- Actively participate in sales demos and customer meetings to
provide product expertise and support.
- Collaborate closely with product development, marketing, and
sales teams to ensure alignment on product messaging and
go-to-market strategies.
- Gather and analyze sales feedback to identify product
improvements and inform future development priorities.
- Contribute to the creation of sales enablement content,
including case studies, white papers, and blog posts.
- Performance Measurement & Optimization:
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of sales enablement
initiatives, using data to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement metrics to measure sales team proficiency
and product knowledge.
- Continuously iterate and optimize sales enablement programs to
drive increased sales performance.Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science,
Engineering) or related business field.
- Proven experience in product management, sales engineering, or
sales enablement roles.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and
product lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in using rapid development tools (e.g., Retool) and
familiarity with AI-powered sales enablement technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal
skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and
concise sales messaging.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with salesforce or other CRM platforms is a
plus.
- Ability to write clear and concise technical
