Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Rehab Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30) Guaranteed Hours: Experience: 2 years of acute rehab experience required; flexible to float to Med-Surg License: Valid State RN License Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Must-Have: - Epic charting experience preferred - Must be available to go in for lab work within 3 to 5 days of signing - 50 miles travel requirement; locals accepted at a local rate, please confirm awareness of the lower rate - Backgound information must be noted prior to submission - Return Staff Policy: Must have been gone 1 year to return as a traveler Job Description: - Provide care in an acute rehab setting with the ability to float to Med-Surg as needed - Complete 16 hours of orientation and modules - Modules are completed through e-learning and are required during orientation - Only one holiday request time off will be approved - Conduct patient assessments and document care using Epic charting - Maintain current AHA certifications at the time of submission
