Job Description:
Cross Country Nurses seeks travel nurse RN Med Surg for a
13-week assignment in Stanford, California. Job requirements
include 1 year of recent acute care experience in Med Surg, active
RN license, and 36 hours per week. As a medical/surgical nurse (RN
M/S), you will extend bedside care to patients who are coping with
illness, injury, or medical/surgical circumstances.
*Assess patient condition, administer medication, change dressings,
monitor vitals, and document patient charts.
*Provide continued support and education to patients, promoting
overall health and ensuring patients have tools to recuperate and
prevent further health issues.
