We are looking for a Health Products Lead to build a business around this opportunity. This role will build a health business from the ground up, including navigating regulatory and reimbursement pathways, as well as interfacing with payers. This role will interact closely with R&D, the executive team, and the CEO. Your work will improve the lives of numerous users and will enable our core mission of improving sleep and saving lives.This role is based out of one of our offices in San Francisco, New York, or Boston.How you'll contribute

• Build a health business from 0 to 1
• Efficiently navigate regulatory & reimbursement pathways
• Rapidly prototype and test business ideas via trials
• Manage a cross-functional program involving R&D, Engineering, Marketing, and Regulatory
• Coordinate with engineering teams to commercialize HW and SW productsWhat you need to succeed
• 6+ years of industry experience in medical devices (hardware or SaMD)
• Successful track record of FDA clearance (510k, De Novo)
• Successfully launched a medical product that is reimbursable
• Exemplary at program management
• Experience with product development
• Experience building a world class team
