Field Based position covering Jackson Heights, Woodside, Corona, Elmhurst, Astoria, LI City (Queens). Bilingual English/Spanish, Arabic, Greek, Japanese, Korean.
The Health Benefit Representative sells Fidelis Care products and services by identifying membership growth opportunities and meeting production goals. They understand and explain the best product for each individual's needs.

• 
  
• The HBR interacts with individuals, conducts needs analysis, and educates them on healthy lifestyles, preventive care services, and assists them through the application and enrollment process.
  
• This position represents Fidelis Care at community events, marketing sites, and in an individual's home. They generate referrals from individuals they have assisted.
  
• The HBR builds relationships within the community to find new opportunities and sites in their assigned territory. They deliver presentations to educate and promote Fidelis Care products.
  
• The HBR uses the Sales Force CRM to track activities, manage appointments, and report on activity to management.
  
  Field Based position - high community engagement. Occasional evenings and weekends.
  Highly Preferred - Bilingual English/Spanish, Arabic, Greek, Japanese, Korean.
  Education/Experience: High School diploma or GED, required. 2 to 5 years prior experience in managed care, sales, customer service or related experience preferred.
  Driver's License required. Specific language skills may be required by some plans.
  Pay Range: $22.36 - $38.07 per hour.
