AHC Home Health and Hospice of Sacramento is looking to add a Full-Time Physical Therapist to our Home Health team. We are currently growing in the Sacramento market and looking to add another Physical Therapist. This position plans and provides physical therapy services to clients in their homes in accordance with the Plan of Care and Agency policies and procedures. The Physical Therapist performs functions that require substantially specialized knowledge, judgment, and skill.
