Job Description:
A Vibrant FQHC is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner
for locum tenens coverage. The facility is located in Vallejo,
California. This is a full-time, MondayFriday position from 8:30 AM
to 5:00 PM, with a patient load of 1820 per day. The clinic is
seeking an experienced APP to provide outpatient primary care
services. The provider will have full MA support and access to
onsite services including Behavioral Health, Womens Health,
Cardiology, and Dermatology. Dates Needed: May - November Case
Load/PPD: 18-21 Shift Type: Day Shift Assignment Type: Outpatient
Assignment Duration: Locums Call Required: No Board Certification
