The Onboarding Trainer is a member of Global Enablement and is a passionate learning professional. This trainer focuses on delivering New Hire Onboarding training courses to welcome our new hires in the sales development organization. This individual works closely with the Global Enablement Manager and to ensure that new hires have the best onboarding experience and learn the Way to be productive in their roles quickly. Their deep background in training delivery allows them to execute each session seamlessly to ensure they run on time with high energy. Responsibilities: Train our new sellers within the sales development organization on various topics including Becoming a Trusted Advisor, prospecting, and discovery. Lead engaging training exercises and assessments to test knowledge of topics Reinforce Learning requirements so new hires are clear on key onboarding milestones ranging from prework, class times, homework, and certification requirements



Team Technical Stack:

4+ Trainer experience in Mid-larg organizations.



Must have skills for this role:

4+ years of relevant experience, including corporate learning experience and event management, in a mid-to-large-sized organization.
Strong interpersonal skills
Adept at resolving complex business issues and moving solutions to the next level. Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Strong interpersonal skills

Knowledgeable of effective learning strategies to enable a field sales resource most effectively



Required Additional Skills:

Sales related training experience
Prior knowledge of sales
B2B Business Sales training experience good to have
Require someone from B2B Sales background
Able to collaborate with Leadership - Communication skills



Pay Transparency:

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $60,000.00- $70,000.00 /yr . Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, paid days off based on tenure, up to 40 hours paid sick time, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
