Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Support Representative I to
provide technical support assistance for software applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide timely and professional technical support via email, phone,
and live chats
Triage and troubleshoot support requests, escalating issues as
necessary
Assist with user acceptance testing and maintain documentation
related to software applications
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of a two-year degree in a computer-related field or
equivalent experience
High school diploma required
2+ years of experience in software support, help desk, or technical
troubleshooting
Experience with relational databases and the software development
cycle
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Applications, and help
desk software preferred
