Job Description:
Seeking a candidate who has recent call center environment
experience. At least 2 years of experience would be ideal.
Candidate shall have strong communication skills, excellent
customer service skills, able to multi task, shall have the ability
to receive approximately 60 inbound phone calls per day and shall
be confident to make approximately 60 warm outgoing phone calls to
customers that have balances due on their accounts. This company is
very busy and seeks a candidate who prefers busy work and time
management challenges. This company shines through all obstacles
they receive and seeks a candidate who can shine with them.
Candidate will be provided certain assessments prior to
interviewing with the client. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ALL SHIFTS!
