A company is looking for a Salesforce.com Field Service Practice
Lead to oversee its Field Service practice.
Key Responsibilities
Manage offer assessments and align project proposals with
organizational capabilities
Drive Salesforce practice growth through client engagement and
tailored presentations
Provide expert guidance on Salesforce Field Service best practices
and handle client escalations
Required Qualifications
12+ years of overall experience with at least 4 years as a Subject
Matter Expert in Salesforce Field Service
Ability to enhance the company's brand regarding Salesforce
capabilities
Understanding of SFS Scheduling and optimization configuration
Familiarity with Field Service Mobile app capabilities and
integration
Experience in guiding teams on implementation approaches and best
practices
