In this role, you will provide first-line support for SAP ERP modules across North/South America and Europe, handling system issues, collaborating with Corporate IT on escalations and implementations, and managing IT projects for regional initiatives. To qualify, you must have 5+ years of hands-on SAP SD experience, with a strong focus on EDI integration. While key user experience is beneficial, deep technical expertise in configuration is essential. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and growing global team. Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support for application systems in North/South America and EU
• Support SAP ERP modules (SD, FICO, MM, WM) and EDI with customers/logistics
• Manage IT projects initiated by North/South America region
• Document system requirements for North/South America system
• Collaborate with Corporate IT for system implementations
• Escalate unresolved issues to Corporate IT
• Handle system change and development specifications
• Collaborate with regional team Qualifications
• 5+ years of SAP SD configuration experience required
• 5+ years of EDI integration experience required
• Familiarity with SAP SCG configurations required
• Experience with Webmethods, Idoc, and RFC required
• Ability to work onsite in Milpitas, CA, Mon-Thurs
