• Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers and the business to create customer centric product features and enhancements.
• Participate in agile processes: i.e. (scrum, planning, story refinement) to continuously develop our product, enhance current features; ship new functionality and solve complex engineering problems.
• Design and scale architecture from conception to release.
• Produce quality software that is shipped incrementally and continually at a high velocity. Balance innovation with the need to maintain application performance and security.
• Create efficiency. Use clean code, rigorous testing and pragmatic programming.Tools used
  • Frontend tools: React, TypeScript, AntD, Jest + React Testing Library.
  • Backend tools: Ruby, Rails, Node, Postgres, Redis, Sidekiq Pro, RSpec.
  • Workflow and deployment tools: Github, AWS, Sentry, DataDog, Code Climate.
  • Playwright.
  • Work with large datasets and build scalable frontend architectures that take into consideration HTTP requests, SQL queries and memory management.
  • Chart.js, Highcharts, D3 and other popular charting libraries.
  • Build web applications using Rails, Entity, Spring, or a similar MVC Framework.
  • SQL databases.Qualifications
