Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Community Manager to
maintain and improve the health of the community while providing
technical and educational support.
Key Responsibilities
Build relationships with creators and facilitate knowledge sharing
through playtesting and feedback
Maintain and grow an engaged community by addressing questions,
troubleshooting issues, and moderating discussions
Provide technical support and collaborate with the community to
identify and report bugs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, communications, or a related
field preferred
5+ years of experience in a community management role
Strong experience with typescript or other high-level programming
languages
Experience in creating 3D content and knowledge of Horizon world
creation is beneficial
Enthusiasm for UGC games and game development education
