Our client needs to rapidly build out their software engineering team to keep up with customer demand. We're looking to hire 5-7 software engineers asap. We're looking for smart people who know how to solve business problems with computers, can pick up tickets and knock them out. The application layer is built on a modern stack; Typescript, Next.js, React, MongoDB. AI/ML, LLM, Langchain experience a plus but not required.Company OverviewThis company is pioneering a novel B2B enterprise-layer application of generative AI, designed specifically for industrial wholesale distributors. Unlike conventional AI tools, this solution is purpose-built for the distribution sector, embedding intelligence directly into the workflows of counter staff and inside sales teams.Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software applications using Typescript, Next.js, and React.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.Qualifications
  • Proven experience in software development with a strong understanding of modern web technologies.
  • Experience with Typescript, Next.js, React, and MongoDB.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
