in-person in our San Francisco office from 9am-9pm.About the RoleAs
a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for
identifying, engaging, and hiring the best technical talent in the
industry. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product,
and leadership teams to build and execute strategic hiring
initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in
fast-paced, high-growth environments and is passionate about
attracting and retaining world-class talent.Responsibilities
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process for technical roles,
including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing
candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to deeply
understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment
strategies.
- Proactively build and maintain a strong talent pipeline of
engineers, researchers, and technical specialists.
- Implement and optimize structured interviewing processes to
ensure a fair, data-driven hiring experience.
- Utilize data and analytics to track key hiring metrics and
continuously improve recruitment strategies.
- Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on market trends,
hiring challenges, and competitive intelligence.
- Champion a world-class candidate experience, ensuring seamless
communication and a strong employer brand.Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting,
preferably in a high-growth software or AI-driven company.
- Deep expertise in sourcing and engaging passive candidates
through various channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, networking, etc.).
- Strong understanding of technical roles, including software
engineering, AI/ML, and infrastructure.
- Proven track record of successfully hiring top-tier technical
talent in competitive markets.
- Experience implementing structured interviewing and data-driven
hiring processes.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with hiring managers,
candidates, and cross-functional partners.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a
high level of autonomy.
