About the job:
We are looking for a Product Developer to join our team on a contract basis within the retail apparel industry.

This role will focus on supporting product development, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless execution from design to production.


Roles & Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Design, Pre-Production, and Production teams to support product development execution.

Analyze costs for all styles, identify discrepancies, and ensure cost accuracy.

Track samples and prototypes, coordinating with mills and vendors for timely delivery.

Manage key timelines and initiate Time/Action plans for all programs.

Maintain data accuracy and oversee related processes and systems.

Ensure effective communication with vendors and internal teams to meet calendar deadlines.

Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships to drive project success.


Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in product development within the apparel or retail industry.

Strong analytical skills for cost analysis and budget tracking.

Knowledge of sampling and prototyping processes.

Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Proficiency in PLM systems, Excel, and ERP tools.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
