Software QA and Automation Engineer - Apple Vision ProSunnyvale, California, United States Software and ServicesDescriptionIn this role, you will be responsible for shipping world-class user experiences and act as the voice of our end-users. As a Software QA and Automation Engineer, you will support testing of multiple features and drive the quality of user-facing features and systems. You will be responsible for setting the bar high, going beyond to ensure a great experience and helping ship robust and amazing products. You will be taking an active role in shaping the quality of our software. This position requires a self-motivated individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with constantly evolving priorities.Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience
• At least 2 years of experience of working as a QA Automation Engineer
• Proficiency in Python (or other scripting language)
• Experience developing test plans
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle, testing methodologies, and testing tools
• Experience testing large technology stacks with many software and hardware components
• Experience working with consumer electronic devices
• Proactive self-starter with a keen eye for details with focus on end-user experiences and ability to go above and beyond to ensure a high quality release
• Ability to drive cross-functional communications, understanding dependencies while also ensuring a tight timeline can be maintained
• Ability to work on manual testing & automationPreferred Qualifications
  • Experience of using XCUITest and iOS App Development
  • Experience identifying automation requirements and designing solutions to address test execution challenges
  • Knowledge about machine learning and artificial intelligence
  • Exposure to augmented reality (AR) or virtual reality (VR) applications
  • Knowledge and familiarity of Apple family of devices
  • Comfortable and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
