Oracle HCM Compensation Functional Lead (16875)Federal Project - Applicant must be a United States Citizen, with the ability to obtain a Public TrustBaer is looking for Oracle HCM Compensation Functional Lead for a 6 month Federal Remote Project.Title: Oracle HCM Compensation Functional LeadLocation: Remote (Must be based in US)Duration: 6 monthsRate: All-InclusiveAlignment: W2 or C2CDescription:

• Lead the overall system configuration for the Compensation module in Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Oversee the functional team and report status to project management.
• Manage the integration of business processes from a project-wide perspective.
• Lead project team analysis sessions, provide input on specific issues, and verify the quality of deliverables.
• Evaluate the functional accuracy of customizations made to the system.
• Assist in the timely resolution of functional issues.
• Coordinate with necessary groups for proper functional support of team activities.
• Support the maintenance of project plans and monitor progress.
• Adjust schedules, approaches, and resources as necessary.
• Coordinate all testing activities related to the Compensation module.
• Assist in planning the transition to production.Requirements:
  • 3+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation experience.
  • 3+ years of Requirements Analysis experience.
  • 3+ years of Business Process IT Alignment experience.
  • 3+ years of Functional Designs experience.
  • 3+ years of Accenture Delivery Methods (ADM) experience.
