Job Description:
REQUIREMENTS
Technology/IP transactional experience with a background and
experience in technology and/or life sciences transactions, and
providing support on technology and IP aspects of corporate
transactions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Drafting agreements and providing advice to clients, interacting
directly with clients and members of the Firm, as well as mentoring
junior lawyers on the team. The candidate will be working closely
with Partners and Associates around the Firm on projects relating
to technology, life sciences, digital innovation and commercial
arrangements in a diverse range of industries.
