We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Legal Advisor to join our legal team. In this critical role, you will provide strategic legal support across a wide range of corporate matters, playing a key part in shaping the legal foundation of our organization. • Provide expert advice on corporate governance, ensuring alignment with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to protect the company's interests.
• Address a broad range of legal matters to support strategic business initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Conduct legal research to support initiatives and provide actionable recommendations.
• Assist in preparing legal documentation for litigation, regulatory filings, and corporate transactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address legal challenges and support strategic objectives.Who You Are
  • J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of relevant legal experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
