Job Description:
A company is looking for a MRS Provider Support Line
Representative (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Assist providers with inquiries related to claims, contracts,
authorizations, and services
Document all calls and routing activities in the electronic
information system
Research and resolve provider inquiries, ensuring appropriate
follow-up and referrals
Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field
Two years of post-degree progressive experience in similar
services
Preference for candidates with 2+ years in a network
management-related role
Knowledge of MH/SU/DD service array and Medicaid waivers
Ability to learn and master various information technology
systems
