Location: San Jose, CA
Pay Rate: $35-$45 Contract Duration: 6 months contractDescription of role:This is an exciting role in a fast-paced and dynamic environment working with IP Operations to support the broader IP Group, and all aspects of global patent portfolio management.Responsibilities:

• The IP Operations Specialist will have 5+ years of experience in patent prosecution, including experience with patent docketing systems, tools, and public databases.
• Responsibilities to include patent docketing, database management, vendor correspondence, and other projects as assigned.
• Experience with Anaqua is a plus.
• Must be an independent and strategic thinker with the ability to manage conflicting priorities efficiently.
• This position is exposed to proprietary company information, so strict adherence to confidentiality policy is required.Requirements: 5+ years of patent-specific legal experience with a Bachelor's Degree or Paralegal Certificate Patent prosecution experience at a large law firm or in-house corporation is preferred.
