Job Description:
A company is looking for a Power Platform Support Specialist to
provide expert-level support and services for Microsoft Power
Platform tools.
Key Responsibilities
Support customers by analyzing pain points and usage trends,
tailoring solutions to enhance platform value
Manage the resolution process for customer cases, collaborating
with various practice areas as needed
Build strong relationships with customers and lead technical
discussions, best practices, and informal training sessions
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a Power Platform administrator, focusing
on Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and CoPilot Studio
5+ years of experience in customer-facing or technical support
roles
Strong leadership and public speaking skills
Enthusiastic about working in a customer-facing role
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Power Platform tools is
preferred
