Job Description:
A company is looking for a Store Support Operator to provide
customer service for store and field teams on various projects.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, and voicemails,
logging information into the Remedy database
Resolve 80% of inquiries on the first contact and maintain Remedy
Ticket integrity
Document activities and develop feedback reports to communicate
project findings
Required Qualifications and Education
High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
Minimum of 2 years related experience or equivalent combination of
education and experience
Knowledge of Store Operation policies and procedures
Basic understanding of automotive terms and vehicle repairs
preferred
Ability to work a flexible schedule
