This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, cloud native engineering culture focused on reliability and scale.The RoleAs a Test Automation and SRE Lead, you will lead projects to enable reliability, security, and velocity on our Priceless Platform. You will help recruit top talents, grow the team and mentor them to establish SRE practices like chaos engineering, observability, and progressive rollouts. You will guide automation of infrastructure provisioning, scaling, and more. With your technical expertise and leadership, you will promote a culture of site reliability, test automation, shared ownership, and transparency.Responsibilities

• Hands-on implementor in test automation, performance testing, functional automation, test data management, and infrastructure automation.
• Collaborate with test automation engineers, exemplifying technical expertise and fostering a culture of excellence.
• Instill a culture of site reliability, shared ownership, and automation across the organization.
• Drive SRE practices like chaos engineering and DevOps collaboration.
• Architect monitoring, logging, and alerting for end-to-end observability.
• Tune performance and scalability via load testing and capacity planning.
• Develop playbooks for incident response and disaster recovery.
• Spearhead test automation frameworks and CI/CD integration.
• Be a part of on-call support for critical production systems.
• Continuously improve SRE and test automation through emerging technologies.
• Manage test environments, data, and infrastructure for comprehensive testing.
• Enable velocity through agile processes and CI/CD adoption.
• Provide coaching to help teams reach their potential.Your background and experience
  • 3+ years as a technical lead in Test Automation, SRE or DevOps.
  • A track record of delivering complex technical solutions in fast-paced environments.
  • Cloud/AWS Engineering technical leadership experience.
  • Hands-on background in leading high-visibility projects.
  • Experience in code reviews and gathering code quality metrics.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Deep understanding of AWS with hands-on ability in developing and securing services.
  • Experience with software development productivity metrics.
  • Experience in using code and scripts to manage infrastructure resources.
