Job Description:
Prepare hot and cold foods, such as meats, cheeses, sandwiches, and pizza, for customer service.
Sample products to customers, stock cases, check product dates, and rotate inventory.
Maintain a clean and sanitary environment, and follow established procedures for health and safety.
Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer needs in a timely and effective manner.
Maximize sales potential through proper procedures for prepping, storing, and merchandising product.
Perform opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned, and ensure accuracy of signs and pricing.
Immediately report safety hazards and violations.

• Cuts, prepares, and serves hot and cold foods, including meats, cheeses, sandwiches, and pizza.
  
• Samples products to customers.
  
• Stocks hot and cold cases and displays with prepared foods, and checks in-stock product dates.
  
• Bails and consolidates recyclables.
  
• Assists Team Leader in organizing and displaying volume and seasonal items.
  
• Completes spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets as required.
  
• Assists with periodic inventory checks.
  
• Arrives to work station on time, appropriately groomed, dressed, and ready to work.
  
• Provides excellent customer service and responds to customer needs in a timely and effective manner.
  
• Maximizes sales potential through proper procedures for prepping, storing, and merchandising product.
  
• Follows and complies with established procedures for health and safety.

      • Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
        
      • Standing/walking 6-8 hours in an 8-hour work day.
        
      • Ability to work in wet and dry conditions.
        
      • Ability to use tools and equipment, including knives, box cutters, and heavy machinery.
