A company is looking for a Customer Support Advocate for a 6-month contract position.



Key Responsibilities

Provide immediate support via live-chat, email, ticketing, social media, and phone
Utilize internal support resources to address user concerns effectively
Collaborate with teams to enhance the member experience and represent customer feedback


Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in Product/Customer Support across multiple channels
1+ years of experience in a B2B/B2C SaaS environment
Experience with Intercom and Zendesk
Ability to adapt to schedule changes, including weekend coverage
Self-motivated with a focus on growth and learning
