Join our team at Northern STAR Homes as a Clinical Services Administrator and make a significant impact in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to oversee the coordination and delivery of services to our residents, ensuring they receive the highest quality care and support. Job Responsibilities: Provide leadership and direction to staff and ensure that high-quality care is provided to residents. Develop and implement policies and procedures, coordinate and monitor individualized care plans, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards. Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including clinicians, nurses, and direct support professionals, to ensure the well-being and safety of residents. Foster a supportive and therapeutic environment within the STAR program. Collaborate with external agencies, families, and other stakeholders to ensure continuity of care and ensures a supportive transition plan is developed for individuals moving out from STAR. Possess a strong understanding of the unique needs of individuals with I/DD and experience working in crisis intervention settings and should possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to make critical, ethical decisions under pressure. Assist individuals with I/DD navigate challenging situations and promote their overall well-being and stability. Report any observed or suspected abuse or neglect. Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $120,576.00 - $145,932.00, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
