Casualty Risk Specialist, US - Global Risk Consulting - Hybrid
role in New York, NY, San Francisco, CA, Los Angeles, CA, Chicago,

look likeIt is the responsibility of the Casualty Risk Specialist
to assist our team with the delivery of tactical, client specific,
casualty risk services on assigned accounts in support of Aon's
core brokerage business. The position will work directly with our
Consultants and Project Managers to support our Analytics projects.
A specific area of emphasis will be in data analytics and project
management leveraging casualty claim information. The general role
of our Casualty Risk Specialist contemplates work being internal
and client facing, with a focus on quality control and mentoring
within the context of the overall Casualty Consulting strategy.
Skills and experience that will lead to success Consulting
- Aid with the data collection process for the Analytic
Dashboards for both Workers' Compensation and Auto and General
Liability.
- Attend and participate in telephonic internal and client
meetings regarding loss details for Analytics delivery.
- Manage the loss information triage process to ensure content
quality.
- Utilize and manipulate large sets of data to determine relevant
indicators that can be leveraged into trend and insight
reports
- Use specific diagnostic tools and approaches designed for
existing work streams
- Create client reports, dynamic graphs, charts, tables and
similar to reflect data analysis
- Respond accordingly to data analysis requests that are urgent
in nature
- Preparation of preliminary reports of findings, working
directly with a team of Senior Level Consultants and Senior
Management Internal Processes and Product development
- Participate in strategic initiatives related to process
improvements
- Work with a cross-functional teams to manage the acquisition,
quality, consistency, usability, and availability of data.
- Improve process and procedures in the delivery and tracking of
the Analytics product.
- Aid in the training of Analytics Project Managers.
- Develop and leverage appropriate Aon resources and Claims
Administrator resources to ensure commitments are met and results
are achieved.
- Aid in the continued product enhancements of Analytics from
concept, design, to final product. Administrative
- Achieve and track timely delivery of Analytics.
- Meet or exceed assigned billable hours and utilization goals.
- Establish rapport and maintain
positive working relationship with Claims Administrators, Project
Managers, Analyst team, and Innovation & Analytics team. Adhere to
established Best Practices and make recommendations for
improvement, when appropriate.
- Utilize standard deliverable products and a specific "Peer
Review" process to ensure consistency of services. Skills
Required:
- Maintain knowledge/skills as an insurance professional and
possess excellent written and verbal communication skills),
including the ability to communicate comfortably to senior leaders
- Advanced proficiency, strong
knowledge, and demonstrated skills for using Microsoft Excel and
the MS Office Suite (Word, Power Point, Publisher, Outlook,
Access).Proven analytical ability and basic knowledge of data
analysis techniques.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize,
analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with
attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high
production environment.
- Motivated to learn with a strong demonstration of
accountability and process ownership.
- Ability to meet deadlines, well organized and thorough
- Comfortable in an entrepreneurial, performance-driven
environment, with an interest and passion for growing and
developing Minimum Work Experience Required: Three or more years in
risk management in industry and/or insurance consultation or recent
college graduate. Specific job title to be commensurate with

salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is
$55,000 to $85,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on
applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well
as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may
also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.A summary
