• Analyze behavioral data using tools like Hotjar, PostHog, or similar platforms.
• Utilize qualitative and quantitative research methods with the ability to choose the right approach for each project.
• Advocate for users and design experiences that meet their needs while achieving business goals.
• Collaborate in cross-functional environments and excel at aligning priorities with design, product, and engineering teams.
• Connect research insights to broader business objectives and influence product strategy.
• Present complex findings in a clear, concise way to stakeholders at all levels.
• Explore new research methods, tools, and frameworks to continuously elevate the practice of UX research.
• Foster a culture of curiosity and user empathy within the team.Who You Are
  • 2+ years in UX research or a related role, with a proven track record of shaping product decisions through impactful insights.
  • Skilled in behavioral analysis using tools like Hotjar, PostHog, and survey platforms, with bonus points for A/B testing and quantitative analysis.
  • Proficient in both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
  • Passionate about crafting seamless, user-centric experiences that balance user needs with business objectives.
  • Deep understanding of mobile interaction patterns and design principles.
  • Able to design elegant solutions for complex workflows.
  • Experienced in building scalable UI components while maintaining consistency.
  • Proficient in Figma, Framer, and collaboration tools like Miro for high-fidelity design and prototyping.
  • Comfortable presenting complex findings and design decisions to stakeholders at all levels.
