Come be a part of something big at Mochi Health!About the roleAs our Head of Product, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing the product strategy, driving innovation, and building teams that will transform the healthcare industry. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to deliver outstanding products that address the needs of our customers and improve patient outcomes.What you'll do

• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
• Define and communicate a compelling product vision and roadmap, staying ahead of market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics in the telehealth space.
• Partner with engineering, design, and clinical teams to deliver seamless, scalable, and user-centric product experiences.
• Leverage data analytics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Have a high bar for excellence and strive to make a difference in our organization and the lives of our patients.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment where collaboration is key to success.
• Share our passion for helping patients lead healthier lives and contribute to our mission.Who you are
• 8+ years of product management experience, with 3-4 years in a direct management position.
• Bonus: previous founder experience.
• Experience in scaling products in the healthcare, telehealth, or health tech industry.
• Possess exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrate a working knowledge of functional programming languages such as Python or Node.js.
• Obsess over continuous product improvement, going beyond just shipping new products.
