Job Description:
A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist to oversee
the onboarding and implementation of customer solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the timely and successful onboarding execution according to
customer needs and objectives
Manage day-to-day communication and collaboration with customers
and internal teams during the strategy implementation process
Partner with customers to recommend recycling and cost savings
plans based on their business needs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required
3 years of experience in Operations, Account Management, or
Sales
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize conflicting
assignments
Strong analytical skills with proven decision-making ability
Comfort with ambiguity and ability to act using sound judgment
