check. Thank you for your understanding.SUMMARY:The PAID SOCIAL
SPECIALIST will help coordinate and execute new and ongoing paid
Social Media campaigns and will report directly to the Social Media
Supervisor. The person in this role will execute, manage, optimize
and contribute to reporting on Paid Social campaigns across B2C
and/or B2B clients. They will collaborate closely with media and
analytics teams to ensure social media campaigns are executed and
performing in alignment with client objectives and media
strategies. This role is hands-on and client-facing, as part of a
larger client team.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Hands-on keyboard execution of social campaigns across
platforms, including set up and management of paid social media
campaigns across all platforms as needed, including Facebook,
Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Snapchat, YouTube, Reddit
and Quora.
- Ensure accuracy of campaign set up, targeting, and ensure that
campaign budgets are spending/pacing appropriately.
- Build creative assets in platforms and share with client and/or
creative agency for review as needed.
- Familiarity presenting recommendations or performance reports
to internal and external teams with support from Supervisor.
- Work closely with our in-house analytics team and Social
Supervisor to pull and provide platform reporting and campaign
insights on an ongoing basis.
- Proactively provide optimization recommendations based on
platform activity.
- Attend weekly and monthly internal and client calls to review
status items, media recommendations, performance, and
optimizations.
- Pay very close attention to detail by evaluating all client
initiatives and keeping informed of new promotions, offers, changes
to platform, etc.
- Keep abreast of knowledge around latest industry trends and
expertise of platform best practices. Attend webinars, platform
trainings, and in-person paid social industry events as
able/applicable.
- Understanding of standard agency billing practices and
expectations.
- Utilize social listening/sentiment tools to recommend
enhancements to the overall media or social strategy.
- Participate in department work by supporting client/agency
POVs, supplementing AXM Paid Social Best Practices documentation,
and maintaining platform specific spec sheets.
- Assist in larger agency initiatives such as contributing to
agency thought leadership pieces, writing case studies and
participating in new business work.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for assigned and
unassigned clients.REQUIREMENTS
- 2-4 years of experience in a paid social media role.
- Strong knowledge of paid social media platforms.
- Ability to activate and manage social media buys in multiple
platforms.
- Ability to work strategically and seamlessly across multiple
clients and campaigns.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving
abilities.
- AXM is a fully remote agency. The ability to be resourceful and
seek solutions independently, as well as being a self-starter is
critical to your success. This includes also knowing when and how
to ask for help when needed.
- Ability to work and collaborate with clients, internal teams,
and agency partners, including media vendors and creative
agencies.
- Ability to manage expectations and priorities and meet
deadlines (time management).
- Acute attention to detail.
- Strong experience working within Google Workspace & Tools and
Microsoft Suite.
- Knowledge of Organic Social Media and Influencer Media
experience a plus.
