Executive, Brand Partnerships, you will own and drive new revenue
opportunities, leveraging your existing network to bring key brands
and advertisers onto the VSCO platform. You will be responsible for
the full sales cycle-from prospecting to closing deals-while
ensuring long-term client success.This is an opportunity to be part
of a new and growing team, playing a pivotal role in shaping our ad
sales strategy and contributing to our playbook for success. If you

- Leverage your existing book of business to drive new brand
partnerships and ad sales opportunities.
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to
negotiating and closing deals.
- Identify high-value prospects that align with VSCO's audience
and creative community.
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets through
effective pipeline management.
- Act as a trusted advisor to brands, helping them maximize their
advertising ROI on VSCO.
- Partner with internal teams to refine sales processes, iterate
on product offerings, and ensure continued client success.
- Gather and analyze campaign performance data, providing
insights to brands and optimizing future opportunities.
- Provide market feedback to the product team to ensure VSCO's ad
solutions evolve with industry needs.Qualifications
- 3-5 years of B2B sales experience in advertising, media, or
digital marketing.
- A strong personal book of business, with deep relationships at
major brands and/or media agencies.
- Proven ability to sell digital advertising solutions,
preferably across social platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, TikTok Ads,
Pinterest Ads).
- Experience selling to Fortune 500 brands and large
advertisers.
- A track record of exceeding revenue targets and successfully
managing a sales pipeline.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to structure long-term,
strategic partnerships.
- Exceptional relationship-building abilities and a
customer-first approach.
- High-level understanding of digital media buying strategies and
how brands allocate ad budgets.
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, marketing,
and account management teams.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for creativity and

culture.CompensationThe base salary for this position may vary
based on several factors, including the approved job level. The
base salary range for this role is $140,000 - $150,000. Salary is
one component of our total compensation package and for this role.
This position also qualifies for equity (i.e. stock options) and is
eligible for non-discretionary compensation based on an incentive
comp plan and performance-based discretionary bonuses. The benefits
available for this position include flexible time off, a 401K
retirement plan, insurance (medical, dental, vision, life/AD&D,
short and long term disability), and 11 paid holidays. We also
provide paid sick time as required by state and local law.
