About the roleAnthropic is seeking an Event Designer to lead our brand presence through physical and digital experiences. You'll drive the creative direction for our entire events portfolio, from industry conferences to intimate executive gatherings.You'll partner closely with the brand team and the Head of Events to transform our business and product objectives into memorable experiences. Your combination of strategic thinking, creative direction, and hands-on design expertise will be crucial in crafting creative narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.Responsibilities:

• Lead creative strategy and execution for our full events portfolio, ensuring cohesive experiences across industry conferences, hosted events, and executive experiences.
• Build flexible design systems that maintain brand integrity while adapting to different contexts and event sizes
• Transform technical concepts into compelling narratives through environmental design, presentations, and interactive elements that engage our audiences
• Direct and collaborate with agencies and vendors to scale programs effectively
• Work cross-functionally to align creative execution with our business strategy and core messagingYou may be a good fit if you:
  • Bring a strong portfolio showcasing both strategic thinking and hands-on design experience in events, experiential branding, and/or field marketing.
  • Think strategically about translating business goals into cohesive experiences that work across physical and digital spaces
  • Build effective partnerships across teams, working well with executives, marketing, and product stakeholders
  • Excel at making complex technical topics clear and engaging
  • Balance high design standards with practical constraints, making thoughtful tradeoffs while maintaining quality in fast-paced environments
