are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Business
Development Representative (BDR) to join our GTM team based in our
San Francisco office, supporting the expansion of our Go-to-Market
(GTM) team. This role is crucial in driving new business
opportunities and expanding relationships with existing customers
across our commercial and enterprise segments.What the role will
involve:As an Outbound Business Development Representative (BDR) at
Hasura, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our
customer base. You will focus on identifying, qualifying, and
creating new sales opportunities with prospective customers who can
benefit from Hasura's GraphQL technology. This position is ideal
for a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced,
tech-driven environment and is eager to grow their sales career in
the world of SaaS and developer tools.Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to identify and prospect potential customers
across industries, focusing on developers, engineering teams, and
technical decision-makers.
- Develop and execute creative outbound strategies, including
cold emails, phone calls, and LinkedIn outreach, to generate new
business opportunities.
- Partner closely with Account Executives to schedule discovery
meetings and provide them with detailed handoffs for seamless
engagement.
- Leverage CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to track activities,
manage leads, and maintain accurate data.
- Stay informed about Hasura's product offerings, industry
trends, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate value
propositions to prospects.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs, including outreach
volume, qualified meetings, and pipeline creation.Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in an outbound sales, business
development, or similar role (experience in SaaS or developer tools
is a strong plus).
- Strong understanding of the software development ecosystem,
including familiarity with concepts like APIs, GraphQL, and cloud
services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the
ability to engage and build rapport with technical and
non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a
fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and
sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft).
- A growth mindset and eagerness to learn about Hasura's
technology and the developer space.Location:
- 3 days in our office in San Francisco, USCompensation:The
compensation for this role ranges from OTE $110,000 - $120,000
