looking for a Compensation Support Specialist to join our team.
This role requires an individual who will act as a cross-functional
business partner working with multiple teams to ensure compensation
to our sales team occurs accurately and timely. The candidate must
have a professional demeanor, thrive in a service/customer-oriented
position, be a hardworking, punctual, honest, loyal, and motivated
self-starter. The ideal candidate will have adequate excel and data
manipulation skills, have an excellent work ethic and want to be a
long-term contributing team member.This is a hybrid position
(3x/week in office).You will:
- Accurate and timely determination of sales team commissions and
bonuses on a bi-weekly basis.
- Monthly review of sales team residual calculations.
- Research discrepancies and perform corrections as
necessary.
- Manage compensation related email inquiries on a timely
basis.
- Assist with customer and sales personnel off-boarding
procedures on a timely basis.
- Assist with review of sales personnel expense report
submissions.
- Gain cross-functional skillset in payroll administration areas
to backfill across the wider team as needed.
- Work cross functionally and collaborate with Human Resources
(HR) and accounting teams on a frequent basis.Qualifications:
- Experience with internal sales customer service.At SpotOn, we

- Our base pay ranges from $25-35/hour for this position. Offers
will be reflective of the candidate's location and experience.
