REQUIREMENTS
An associate to join the Intellectual Property Litigation team. Candidates should have Intellectual Property experience and a sufficient level of litigation experience (i.e. hearings, depositions, etc.). USPTO registration or a technical background is preferred, but not required. The candidate must be licensed to practice in the state where the office resides. Candidates should have excellent research and writing skills and thrive in a collaborative environment.
