• 6+ years of experience in a product manager role or similar
• Impact-oriented: a strong focus on delivering outcomes over inputs or outputs
• User obsessed: seeks to deeply understand users and their problems and translate their needs into impactful solutions
• Data-informed: uses key insights from qualitative and quantitative data to drive product decisions
• Strategic and tactical: adept at switching from high-level vision and roadmap to day-to-day execution and delivery
• Product sense: drives sound product decisions based on thoughtful consideration of key requirements and tradeoffs
• Relentless: self-starter with a strong bias for action and getting things done
• Collaboration: builds mutual understanding and trust with others across teams
• Exceptional verbal communicator with different audiences and contexts
• Founder, early stage, or hyper growth startup experience a plus
• Prior fintech experience particularly in money transfers, credit, or payments is a plus
• Experience in driving data analysis and insights and familiarity with SQL is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.Company Values
