Join our world-class team today.Position Specific DescriptionWe are aggressively developing and expanding high voltage transmission and substation assets to grow our portfolio and looking for a Land Supervisor to help lead this growth in the Western region. Working directly with our development team and leadership, you will oversee and manage acquisition of real property rights including easement, lease and purchase to facilitate commercial-scale transmission development as required to meet timely permitting and construction schedules. You will oversee multiple projects in various stages from pre-bid due-diligence, bid preparation & submittal through permitting and construction.This position is remote and subject to potentially significant travel obligations.We are seeking successful candidates who excel in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and possess a strong focus on detail and strategic planning.Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the land acquisition process, ensuring effective outreach to landowners and customers.
  • Lead a team of internal and/or contract land agents across multiple projects in various locations throughout the US.
  • Establish and implement land acquisition strategies in collaboration with the development team and leadership.
  • Foster and maintain long-term relationships with landowners.
  • Ensure all land-related activities comply with regulations and project timelines.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to internal and external teams in negotiations and contract management.
  • Deliver results in a detail-oriented, deadline-driven environment.Key Qualifications:
    • Proven management experience in land acquisition, title, and transmission or right-of-way acquisition.
    • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing teams of land agents.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and teams across different regions.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment while meeting deadlines.
