Job Description:
As the Revenue Systems Lead, you will play a critical role in
shaping our go-to-market systems and infrastructure, and also play
a leading role in executing against the roadmap. You will be
responsible for driving key Sales, CX, and Marketing systems
initiatives, executing against them, and supporting teams across
these systems and tools to help drive growth across the
business.You will work closely with leaders across Together AI's
GTM and engineering teams to help drive key tools and systems that
help Sales, CX, and Marketing win customers and measure impact
along the way, all the way from ensuring our lead management funnel
to our renewal cycles are running smoothly. This role will also
help us evolve Together AI's growing commercial stack and ensure we
are integrating systems and operations with our key GTM processes
seamlessly.This role is based in San Francisco, CA.Key
Responsibilities:
- Administer, design, and scale our CRM (Salesforce) and the GTM
tech stack for all commercial products.
- Partner closely with Sales, CX, and Marketing teams to build
and iterate on Revenue System architecture including business
process design, implementation, and post go-live support.
- Build Revenue Systems roadmap in alignment with business
initiatives and own execution.
- Identify and help implement key enablement tools for the GTM
teams, including tools to support data hygiene, forecasting, scaled
customer support, and other business needs.
- Maintain expert knowledge of systems/tooling domains and how
our commercial process feed into this.
- Design controls related to system implementation and
enhancements to ensure data integrity and compliance with Industry
standards.
- Understanding of product-led growth and sales-led growth cycles
and how CRM systems and product data can be integrated to enable
each workflow.Qualifications:
- 5+ years of progressive experience in managing and
administering CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- 3+ years of working with Sales, Marketing, CX teams on roadmap
design and ongoing systems & infrastructure support.
- Experience and strong understanding of managing & integrating
GTM enablement tools.
- Hands-on experience in leading full-scale implementation,
including vendor selection, requirements, architectural design,
user acceptance testing, and rollout.
- Domain expertise in the customer and transaction lifecycle from
new product through revenue recognition.
- Exemplary interpersonal, verbal and written communication
skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a

The US base salary range for this full-time position is: $153-210k
base + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by
location, level and role. Individual compensation will be
determined by experience, skills, and job-related knowledge. This
