Staff Research Scientist (Foundational Model)

You will be focused on building sustainable AI as they put the customer first and at the heart of development; committing to developing open-source models and technology to serve them.Being a key player in technology for many years, their platform has gathered 100's of millions of MAUs and curates top-tier content; they are poised to continue to shape AI with their commitment to ethical development.The role combines a mix of purposeful research, you will build and lead a small research team in developing their internal LLM platform. We are looking for abstract thinkers who have ideally worked on a variety of problems across Deep Learning and solve complex NLP/LLM problems.To be successful in the role, you'll be required to work closely with the wider engineering team developing the research roadmap and strategic direction.
