Position OverviewPower your future with Qualus as a Solutions Architect. You will be responsible for managing and supporting Deltek Vantagepoint, collaborating with finance and accounting teams to optimize its use. This role involves analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving functional issues within the Deltek ERP ecosystem. The architect will identify opportunities to streamline business processes and enhance system capabilities. They will work with cross-functional teams to design and implement system improvements, support the configuration and testing of updates, patches, and new features, and coordinate data migration efforts with the integration team. Additionally, the architect will serve as the bridge between technical teams and business users, ensuring alignment of system functionality with business goals, conducting training sessions, and creating documentation to empower end-users.Responsibilities

• Manage and support Deltek Vantagepoint
• Collaborate with the finance and accounting teams to optimize the use of Deltek VantagePoint
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve functional issues within the Deltek Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) ecosystem
• Identify opportunities to streamline business processes and enhance system capabilities
• Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement system improvements; support the configuration and testing of updates, patches, and new features
• Coordinate data migration efforts with integration team
• Serve as the bridge between technical teams and business users, ensuring alignment of system functionality with business goals; conduct training sessions and create documentation to empower end-users
• Ensure system usage aligns with internal controls, governance standards, and federal regulations; maintain awareness of updates to accounting standards and implement changes as necessary
• Other duties as assignedQualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent work experience
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience working in Deltek VantagePoint OR Vision ERP in a functional role
  • Specialized Knowledge, Certifications and Licenses: Deltek, SQL Server, Concur, Tableau, Power BI
