growing our Enterprise customer segment. The Enterprise Business
Development Representative (BDR) plays a crucial role within the
Marketing team, working closely with the Enterprise Sales team to
generate new sales opportunities. This strategic position is
dedicated to identifying key decision-makers and generating sales
meetings within Enterprise accounts.This is a full-time position
based out of our San Francisco office.What You'll Do
- Hunt and prospect into named enterprise accounts and generate
meetings with all levels of employees from C-Level to data
analysts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Enterprise Account
Executives to drive pipeline generation and exceed revenue
goals.
- Demonstrate a deep interest in our Enterprise customers' data
challenges and pain points while being able to give an intro to how
Airbyte solves them.
- Create personalized outreach cadences specific to the account
and use case.
- Log activity, categorize sales lead information, and collect
and share customer feedback internally.What You'll Need
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High-level understanding of the enterprise data space.
- At least one year of customer-facing sales experience, ideally
with previous SDR/BDR experience at a B2B technology company.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Hubspot, Outreach, Common Room,
and/or similar marketing and sales technologies, or a demonstrated
ability to learn quickly.Location
- $70,000 base + $30,000 Variable ($100,000 OTE) + Equity
