Reviewing commercial, residential development plans for consistency
with general plan, zoning ordinance, local coastal program, state,
local ordinances/regulations. Process development permit
applications including use permit application, tentative map
applications, lot line adjustments. Compliance with city ordinances
regarding design, architecture, landscape & other criteria. Conduct
environmental review pursuant to the California Environmental
Quality Act (CEQA). Work on Complex Coastal Development Projects.
Process zone text, zone map, general plan amendments. Job location:
Pleasanton, CA. Requirements: MS in Urban Studies or BS in Urban
