Position Details:
--- Title: Field Service Tech
--- Location: California (Sacramento, Fresno, Hayward)
--- Compensation:
Level C: $24-$32 Level B: $32-$38 Level C: $38-$45 (all depending on experience)
--- Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, tool and shoe allowance, company vehicle provided
--- Travel: 50-80% In the territory areas listed above

Position Description & Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for providing scheduled and preventable maintenance (oil change, valve adjustment, lube and check equipment) and performing minor and major Jenbacher engine overhauls in the field.

Requirements:
--- Experience with mechanical power generation equipment.
--- Must have prior mechanical experience such as automotive, power generation, heavy equipment or diesel engines.
--- Experienced using tools (including diagnostic equipment, hand tools, and power tools)
--- Ability to read, interpret safety documents, schematics and other mechanical diagrams
--- Experienced in troubleshooting and repairs of an engine.
--- The ability to work well as part of a team.
--- Willing to work in non-climate-controlled conditions.
--- Ability to travel inclusion of some overnight travel.
--- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
--- Must have a positive attitude, strong work ethic and desire to succeed.
--- Must be able to communicate via telephone & email.
