This fully remote position offers you the chance to contribute significantly to our supply chain processes, ensuring efficiency and reliability in our logistics operations.Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the management of purchase orders, ensuring precision and regulatory compliance from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate logistics for container shipments, monitoring their journey from vendors to our 3PL warehouse to guarantee timely arrivals.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels, proactively alerting the team to any shortages that may arise.
• Facilitate project management efforts by updating and creating tasks within our project management system, collaborating with various departments.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and workflow.
• Assist in the development of team capabilities by supporting the onboarding and training of new employees.Required Skills
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities.
• Proficient in ERP systems, with a preference for NetSuite.
• Experience with project management tools, ideally ClickUp.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in spreadsheet applications.
• Proficiency in Mandarin or Chinese is a plus.Qualifications
• A Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related discipline is preferred.
